To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Things You Should know

  • Order COMPLETED means  Your payment has been confirmed 
  • Order PROCESSING means Your order has been picked and delivering process has started 
  • Order DELIVERED means Your order has been sent 
  • Order PENDING PAYMENT  means  Your payment didn’t go through  please check your approvals to confirm payment  or reorder
  • Only make reports when your order status says DELIVERED but you haven’t received.
  • To make reports,  kindly send your order id and screenshot of your data balance to our customer service whatsapp number. its adviced to whatsapp instead of calling to facilitate prompt assistance.
  • Reports should be made same day of purchase.
